Shuttle Track Draw Tape Bag On Roll Converting System

This line is equipped with high speed integrated servo-driven system and is suitable for draw-tape and conventional garbage bags on roll. The hot air sealing system for horizontal lip sealing allows consistent and stable production. The draw tape feeding system allows auto inserting of the tape, and the double unwinding device facilitates auto exchange of the draw tape. This is a servo driven (4 axes) shuttle bag making machine for complete synchronization of in-feed / out-feed, seal and shuttle motion. The in-line servo driven shuttle track sealing & perforating unit creates excellent sealing & perforating effects. The Labeling machine. is an optional choice.
