PECO Series

PECO is the ideal solution for processing all types of scrap plastic, including HDPE, LDPE, PP (Water cooling), LLDPE blends. Films, thick walled parts as well as fibers and textiles can all be processed without the need for pre-size reduction. Sensors in the feed hopper enable the use of multiple feed systems to be run simultaneously. The granulates can then be re-used in the manufacturing process using gravimetric or batch-weight feed systems. Equipped with one-button start automation, pellet length control and auto-shutdown when no material is sensed, the series PECO is perfect for high-efficiency, safe and simple operation.

FEATURES

Material (via the optional feed system) is fed directly into the feed hopper where it is size-reduced by the integral single shaft shredder. The shredded material is then fed continuously into the special designed PECO screw where the material is processed with minimal heat degradation and then pelletized using water cooling.
The granulate can then be re-used in the manufacturing process using gravimetric or batch-weight feed systems.
